For the first time in JWM’s history, we will be holding a week long competition.
We have increased the number of judges from 9 to 11, and allowing the judgment of Static parallel to flying judgment.

The dates for the 2009 JWM were chosen carefully, with respect to the requests of all the teams and the organizers’ plans.

The initial suggested date was for some time during June 2009, but the teams requested to hold the event around the middle of July 2009 in order to allow the competitors’ families to join them and enjoy their visit to Israel. However, during July, we have an important religious long holiday in Israel, so the organizers have decided to stage the 8th JWM during the first week of August.
The average temperature in August is 1 degree lower than in July, but in any case, you should all be prepared for a "hot" summer Event…..!!!!!
However, humidity is very low so you will feel more comfortable, and the hangars are air-conditioned.
